3. Connect Swaymark with a one-time pairing code, add a secure HTTPS endpoint, or export a file.
4. Run a manual sync and confirm the destination reports success.
5. Enable automatic delivery if you want iOS to send later updates in the background.

Frequently asked questions

Does Swaymark write to Apple Health?

No. Swaymark requests read-only HealthKit access.

Why is a Health category empty?

The category may not contain records for the selected period, access may not have been granted, or the data may be locked while the iPhone is locked. Review Health access in iOS Settings, unlock the phone, reopen Swaymark, and try again.

Are background exports on an exact schedule?

No. Swaymark registers for HealthKit background delivery and asks iOS for background refresh opportunities, but iOS decides when the app may run. Use Sync Now when you need an immediate delivery.

What does my webhook need to support?

Use an HTTPS URL that accepts the configured JSON or CSV POST request. Confirm any required authentication header in the destination editor, then run an export and review Activity.

Where are webhook credentials stored?

Secrets are stored in the iOS Keychain. Swaymark does not display a stored secret after it is saved.

How do I stop exporting?

Disable or remove the destination inside Swaymark. You can separately revoke Health access in the Health app or iOS Settings.

How do I delete Swaymark data?

Remove the connected device in Swaymark and use its data deletion controls. If you cannot access the account, email support from the address associated with it. Do not include Health data in the message.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

Open Settings in Swaymark, find Plan & billing, and choose Manage billing. Stripe's secure portal lets you switch billing intervals, update the payment method, review invoices, or cancel at the end of the current period.

Troubleshooting delivery

• Confirm the iPhone has a working internet connection.
• Confirm the endpoint begins with https:// and has a valid certificate.
• Use the destination test before retrying a full export.
• Review the most recent HTTP status and error shown in delivery history.
• For Swaymark, create a fresh pairing code if the previous code expired.
• If Health was unavailable while locked, unlock the phone and reopen the app.

Privacy and safety

Swaymark is a data-transfer utility, not a medical device, diagnosis service, or emergency service. Do not rely on it for urgent or clinical decisions. Read the Privacy Policy before connecting any destination.
