Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Swaymark. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Swaymark does
Swaymark is a read-only data-transfer utility. It formats Apple Health data you authorize and sends it to destinations you enable, including Swaymark and custom HTTPS endpoints, or creates a local JSON or CSV file.
Not medical advice
Swaymark is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or medical advice. Exported information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate because of source data, permissions, connectivity, or iOS background limits. Consult a qualified professional for medical decisions and contact emergency services for emergencies.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- connect only endpoints you own or are authorized to use;
- protect pairing codes, API tokens, webhook secrets, and exported data;
- comply with laws and third-party terms that apply to your destinations;
- avoid using the app to transfer another person's data without permission; and
- verify important exports at the destination before relying on them.
Custom endpoints
Custom endpoints are not operated or controlled by Swaymark. You accept responsibility for their availability, security, retention, and use of exported information. Swaymark is not responsible for loss or disclosure caused by an endpoint you configure or credentials you share.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade destination limits, introduce malicious code, or use it in a way that violates law or another person's rights.
Trial, subscription, and cancellation
Swaymark offers a seven-day trial followed by the monthly or annual price shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe will charge the payment method provided at checkout for the billing interval you selected. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can manage the billing interval, payment method, invoices, and cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from Swaymark. A cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Availability and changes
Features may change as Apple platforms and destination services evolve. Background delivery is controlled by iOS and is not guaranteed to occur at an exact time. We may suspend a connection that threatens the security or reliability of the service.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swaymark is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted delivery, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or a destination you configure.
Termination
You may stop using Swaymark at any time by removing destinations and deleting the app. Cancel a paid subscription separately through the Stripe Customer Portal to prevent future renewals. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including responsibility, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
Apple terms
Your App Store use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Swaymark except as required by law.
